Online Banking Upgrade: June 17th

Information for Customers

In an effort to give our customers a more robust online banking experience and a more advanced mobile app, PS Bank will be completing an electronic banking upgrade beginning on June 14th that will be completed on June 17th. With this upgrade, our customers can expect a new online banking interface as well as new features and tools inside our mobile app, PS Bank Mobile.

It’s important for our customers to know that while you may experience a brief outage, we have supports in place to aid you during and after the transition.

Timeline of What to Expect:

Friday, June 14th:

  • We will disconnect the online banking logon from psbanking.com at approximately 4 PM
  • For customers using a direct link to online banking, logons will stop working
  • If you typically use online banking or the mobile app for transactions, please complete them prior to this time.
  • Utilizing BillPay on Friday prior to the disconnection will function the same as always, with payments posting on Monday, June 17th.

Saturday, June 15th:

  • Customers will not have access to electronic banking services.
  • Please visit your local branch for banking needs on June 15th

Sunday, June 16th:

  • Customers will not have access to electronic banking services.

Monday, June 17th:

  • New online banking and mobile app go live
  • 24/7 assistance will be available through July 1st
  • By utilizing the support phone number, customers will be connected with Fiserv support staff and not employees they are familiar with from PS Bank.
  • The PS Bank Customer Care Team is available to help during business hours.

Your First Online Banking logon:

  • The customer will use the logon they have already established
  • The customer will be prompted to change their password.
  • The customer will also be prompted to validate details of their account to verify the correct individual is attempting to logon.
  • For business customers, the primary account holder will initiate the first logon using the same username.
    • Sub-users will need to be reestablished.

Your First Mobile Banking logon:

  • Mobile Banking customers must download the new PS Mobile Banking app in their app store.
    • Apple App store for iPhones
    • GooglePlay for Android phones (Samsung, Motorola, Google, etc.)
  • The customer will use the logon they have already established;
  • The customer will be prompted to change their password.
  • The customer will also be prompted to validate details of their account to verify the correct individual is attempting to logon.

Features of Our Upgrade:

Online Banking: The computer-based online banking will include all of the functionality that previously existed, along with new features including:

  • New BillPay called Checkfree. With many more registered ACH merchants, many bill payments will be processed faster.
  • CreditSense: Customers can monitor their credit score.
  • Personal Financial Manager: Customers can aggregate non-PS Bank accounts for a full financial picture.
  • Improved security features including enhanced multi-factor authentication.

Mobile Banking:

  • Mobile customers may now enroll and change passwords directly in the mobile app.
  • The mobile app will include CardHub, which is an advanced debit/credit card management tool.
    • Customers can turn-on, turn-off their card.
    • Customers can set rules for where transactions are allowed.
    • Customers can manage travel requests.
    • And more!
