Wyalusing, PA – Peoples Ltd. (OTC: PPLL)  Anthony J. Gabello, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has declared a first quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.58 per share payable on March 31, 2022.  The cash dividend represents an 6.82% increase over the cash dividend paid in the first quarter 2021 of $0.54 as adjusted for the 2021 year-end 5% stock dividend.

The declaration of dividend, made at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on February 23, 2022, is payable to shareholders of record March 15, 2022.
